DONNA TRUJILLO, LMFT, co-FOUNDER
To guide you in your healing, I employ a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to your treatment, incorporating therapies that help you to access your own resources to heal mind, body and spirit. We begin by identifying your hopes for therapy, and then we collaborate to help you realize them. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and specialized groups.
In addition to this work, I am a primary therapist in agencies where I treat clients with co-occurring substance abuse, food and sex addictions. My training included work at Being Alive, an HIV/AIDS service organization, helping clients heal from chemical dependence, trauma and co-occurring health challenges. My previous experience includes positions at Promises Malibu, Breathe Life Healing Centers, Refuge Recovery Centers and the Narrative Counseling Center. I hold a Masters in Psychology with an LGBT Specialization from Antioch University. (MFT License #98702)
